Vision and Mission for One Year
- To start P.G. courses in all subjects.
- Establishment of an E-Library.
- Establishment of Smart Classes in all classrooms.
- Purchase of heavy-load generator.
- Provide Computers for all departments.
- Establish separate computer lab for students.
Vision and Mission for Three Years
- Develop the playground for students.
- Modernization of all science departments in the light of the New Education Policy 2020.
- Establishment of two-wheeler and four-wheeler parking areas.
- Installation of a separate 200 KVA transformer for the college.
- Demolish the old building and construct a multi-storey building for space management.
- Construction of remaining floors of Guru Arjan Dev Sabhagar.
Vision and Mission for Five Years
- Establishment of solar power system for renewable/green energy.
- Introduction of new job-oriented courses such as B.LIS, M.LIS, MBA, MCA, PGDBM, B.Ed., M.Ed., Artificial Intelligence Fisheries, Travel & Tourism Management, etc.
- Establishment of Indoor and Outdoor gyms for students.

- Establishment of separate hostels for boys and girls.
- Construction of an administrative building for smooth functioning of office work.
- Construction of an auditorium.
- Opening of branches of a nationalized bank and a post office.
